My LifeFeeling alright today, didn't sleep much though. Did a lot of running around running errands. Bought a new TV
for my birthday, actually it's sunday but I got my Social Security check for the month today so yay me!

My LifeI'm feeling pretty good today. Stress was at a minimum, voices quiet. I talked to my doctor about my insomnia
on the phone. He told me to increase my doseage of Trazadone and make an appointment to see him soon. One problem
though, all out of Trazadone! Oh well, another sleepless night.
